We hope you love your Kelsi Dagger Brooklyn shoes

But we know that it's sometimes necessary to return an item so we will make it as easy as possible. 

For the holiday season, Kelsi Dagger BK has extended our return acceptance time frame Effective Nov 1 thru Jan 1, 2025.

We gladly accept returns purchased from www.KelsiDaggerBK.com for a refund. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. **The original shipping fee, if any, is not refundable.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, simply return it to us for a refund then place a new order on our website

 

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

  1. Select the return reason code from the options on the return instructions (above). Refunds will be issued to the original payment type used. It may take 7 to 10 business days from receipt in our warehouse for us to process your return credit.
  2. Pack the item for shipment and include the packing slip in the box.
  3. Ship the package back with your choice of the prepaid label included with your purchase or a carrier of your choice. A $8.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if the prepaid label is used. If using a carrier of your choice, we highly recommend the use of a traceable shipping method.
  4. An email or text message will be sent when a refund has been issued.
